Jeevodaya Hospice is the first of its kind to be established in South India and the second in India
Jeevodaya is a professionally manned hospice rendering free palliative care to cancer patients irrespective of caste, creed, class, religion, social status and stage of disease. The hospice is run under the aegis of Jeevodaya Public Charitable Trust, which is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political organization. The chief promoter of the hospice is Franciscan Clarist Congregation of Alvernia Province Chalakudy-Kerala.
All services in Jeevodaya are rendered free of cost

Vision
Jeevodaya envisages an area of medical service to Cancer Patients who are beyond cure including some rejected by their families to have a Pain free, Peaceful and Dignified end in a loving setting.
